At Main Paige Media, one of the things we love most about our work is the chance to tell meaningful stories, especially when those stories have the power to connect, educate, and inspire. Our recent shoot with Wellest, a pelvic floor physical therapy practice in Boston’s Back Bay, is a perfect example.
Our friend and client Kate Zeitler, Founder & CEO of Zeitler Design, introduced us to Wellest. Kate has been working on a full brand and website refresh for Wellest. She knew video would elevate their online presence. She connected us with Melissa Hines, Wellest’s founder, and we started a conversation about what a custom video could look like.
Melissa originally reached out with interest in a simple website banner video featuring a few ambient b-roll clips to set the scene. But after our chat about the impact of a brand story video, she was all in. We explained how a thoughtfully crafted brand video could showcase her philosophy, services, and client experience in a way that would stand out.
Melissa also wanted to include the patient perspective, something that could show the transformation someone might experience at Wellest. We suggested integrating a short testimonial clip into her brand story. We also suggested going a step further and create a standalone case study video to allow us to dig deeper into the customer journey.
Our approach to capturing a great testimonial goes beyond “I feel better now, they were great.” We focus on the full customer journey—from the initial pain point driving the customer to seek out the service provider, to the lived experience and the final results.
The shoot was led by an all-female crew, something the client deeply appreciated. This rang especially true given the personal nature of pelvic floor therapy. The energy on set was supportive, respectful, and empowering. Melissa shared how comfortable she felt being surrounded by women, especially in a space designed for healing. Thank you to our Director of Photography, Satya Sullivan and Production Assistant, Kayla Avitabile for bringing the right energy for this production!
The videos are now in post-production, and we’re excited to share them soon. This project gave us the opportunity to dive into a fascinating and important topic, and that’s what we love most about what we do. Every industry teaches us something new, and every client helps us tell a story worth sharing.
